Walk and Talk Sessions combine the healing power of nature with gentle, professional counselling support. Moving side-by-side can make it easier to open up, regulate emotions, and find clarity.
For Youth: Supporting young people who are navigating social challenges, self-esteem issues, and the many changes that come with growing up. ✓ Qualified Youth Worker with WWCC, National Police Check, and over 10 years of experience working with young people.
For adults: Providing space for those experiencing parenting challenges, life transitions, social anxiety, body image concerns, or feelings of being stuck. These sessions also support people wanting to connect more deeply with their cyclic nature and sense of self. ✓ ACA registered counsellor with a warm, person-centred, and strength-based approach.
All sessions are held in a confidential, respectful, and ethically grounded space, where your privacy is honoured at all times, within professional and legal guidelines.
